This soundtrack heralds another exciting installment in the Minions series. Produced by legendary Grammy Award-winning music producer Jack Antonoff and featuring a star-studded roster of artists, the soundtrack celebrates a dazzling array of funk, disco and soul classics with brand new versions of some of the biggest hits of the 1970s. From St. Vincent’s reimagining of Lipps Inc’s 1979 hit “Funkytown” and H.E.R.’s rendition of Sly and The Family Stone’s 1967 hit “Dance to the Music,” to Bleachers’ version of John Lennon’s 1970 hit “Instant Karma!” and Phoebe Bridgers’ rendition of The Carpenters’ 1972 single “Goodbye To Love,” each track has been reimagined by each artist with brilliant results.
