This speaker is a great and fun product! It is very unique, a good conversation starter, has great sound quality and many other cool features. It is more than just a speaker - it has many other functions such as an alarm clock, goalkeeper, stopwatch, planner/calendar and the display is capable of showing very nice pixel art, whether it is your own creation or one of the many community designs shared in the app. Below is a breakdown of some of the features of the speaker: Design: It looks like a retro computer, with a curved screen similar to an old CRT TV and a classic pixel design. I love the way pixel art looks and all the games give an old school arcade feel. The small keyboard is mechanical and provides a really good feel when used and the joystick is again reminiscent of old school arcades. One note on the joystick that I did not expect from the photo is that it is not your typical 360 degree joystick, it really only moves in one direction to select. The design is my favorite part of this product. Controls: The controls are very nice. You can change the current song using your phone or the mechanical keyboard. The name of the song playing is displayed on the speaker as the song changes, and the joystick acts as the Enter key. As I mentioned earlier, using a mechanical keyboard is also very satisfying, especially when playing games. Sound quality: The sound quality is surprisingly good. Given all the attention to design, you might expect that the speaker driver might have been given less priority. You’d be wrong! The sound quality is much richer than you’d expect, and details like the bass port at the back add to the overall audio experience. Games: The games are simple but responsive and importantly, there were no glitches. The games that come with play quite well. There are a lot of classic games like Pixel Racer, Magic 8 Ball, and Snake (among others) that are very fun and work well.
